Orders and crew weeks

We collect the contact details, billing and delivery information, order selections and booking details you provide to arrange purchases, deliver merchandise, manage crew weeks and provide support. Crew-week forms also collect guest names, emergency contacts, meal preferences and signed waiver details for trip preparation and administration.

Services involved

Our website and its records are hosted with HostGator. WooCommerce manages shop orders and customer accounts. Payment information is handled by the payment provider you choose, including Stripe/WooPayments or PayPal. Printful receives the order and recipient details needed to calculate shipping, produce and deliver applicable merchandise. These providers may process information outside your country.

The website uses cookies and similar storage for shopping carts, account sign-in, checkout and security. Server logs may record your IP address and browser information. Embedded videos, external links and payment services have their own privacy practices.
